NHS Immunisation team
Your child’s annual Nasal Flu Vaccination is NOW DUE. The vaccine helps protect against flu, which can be a serious or life-threatening illness.
Click the link below for the electronic form and information about the vaccine. Access to the form will close two working days prior to the session, 9am Friday 27 September.
