Dearest Dolphin's,

I hope that you have all had a lovely weekend and are all keeping well. My family and I are all well and have enjoyed the lovely sunshine this weekend. Guess what? Our stick insects have laid well over 30 eggs now! I think I'm going to need a much bigger home for them!! smiley

The learning activities that I have put together for you this week will be the last of our Kings and Queens topic. I know that you have all enjoyed learning about Queen Elizabeth II and I have loved receiving all your amazing work and pictures of what you have been doing.

This week is "Mental Health Awareness" week and I have included some PSHE learning for you to enjoy. The attached power point  re-visits what mental health is and how we can maintain good mental health. We will also be continuing our exploration of fairy tales with Sleeping Beauty our focus text this week! In history I will be asking you to research a member of the Royal Family and compare what it was like to be a child when they were young compared to now. Look out for a picture of Mrs Harkess when she was 8 years old!

I  am planning to read and record another story for you all this week, so keep checking our class page!

Have a fabulous week children,

Lots of Love Mrs Harkess xxx
