Penguins visit to Windsor Castle
Penguins class are learning about Kings and Queens this term. We will be visiting Windsor Castle, the home of Kings and Queens present and past, to support our topic. For those that have been before you will know what a stunning and fascinating venue this is – full of history and magic! We will be leaving school at 8.40am and returning at approximately 3.00pm. We will be asking the children to arrive at school by 8.20am that morning please.
The children will require a packed lunch and a drink in a shatterproof, leak proof container in a small rucksack. They should wear School Uniform and bring a waterproof coat and sun hat as necessary.
The total cost for the visit is £626.00 including entry and transport. We would appreciate a voluntary contribution of £28.45 per child to cover the cost of the trip. Unfortunately, if we do not receive enough contributions, we may not be able to go ahead with this visit as the school does not have enough funds to subsidise these events.
