Year 1 KS1 Festival - Longparish Primary School
KS1 SPORTS FESTIVAL - LONGPARISH - Year 1 – 20TH MAY 2026
Pupils in Year 1 have been invited to take part in a Sports Festival run by PH Active Ed and hosted by Longparish CE Primary School. It will take place between 12.15pmm and 2.35pm on Wednesday 20th May 2026.
Please ensure they wear their PE kit to school on this day. The children will have an early lunch and will be leaving school at 12.30pm to arrive for a 1.00pm start. The children will need to take a water bottle, a water proof coat and a sun hat.
This year’s event will feature a pirate theme, bringing a fresh and engaging twist to a range of sports and activities. Children will take part in a variety of challenges and games designed to keep them active and engaged throughout the event.
A wide selection of equipment will be used to ensure different skills are developed and practised, providing an enjoyable and well-rounded experience for everyone involved.
We have arranged to transport the children and this will be funded by the Sports Premium grant.
Please ensure you give permission for your child to attend this event via the Arbor App by Monday 18th May 2026.
We will use the current photographic permissions we have for your child for this event.
